ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents 25 years & older. Entries must be complete to be eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met. Emerald Med CBD employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

PRIZE: Six (6) Prizes will be awarded. 6 winners will receive an Emerald Med CBD bottle. Approximate retail value is $99.00 per winner. Prize is non- transferable. Prize is subject to availability. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

WINNING: Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing. Six winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsors on Dec 31, 2023, at Sponsor's corporate address above. Winners need not be present to win. Official notice to winners will be sent by email and/or phone call, return receipt requested. The selected prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. Any prize not claimed will be awarded in a subsequent random drawing. If any prize is unclaimed by a secondary winner it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received, or 1 in 1,000.

ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins Feb 12, 2023 at 12:01 AM CST and ends Dec 31, 2023 at 12:01 AM CST. To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form with completed contact information on Sponsor's website.

GENERAL RULES: This form and the entries made on it are the exclusive property of Emerald Med CBD and any use by unauthorized parties without the express consent of the sponsor is prohibited. Entrants agree to be contacted by telephone "including wireless numbers if provided", email or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sales of CBD. Entrant acknowledges that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state, or federal no call list.
