Orders take approximately 2-3 business days to process, shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing.
We only ship to addresses located within the US.
Our customers are responsible for their own legal opinions, legal due diligence, and laws regarding shipping and handling of all products.
Shipments are sent using USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
If your order is damaged please see our return policy and contact us immediately at . Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
If you did not receive your product in 10 business days, please email us at your full name, mailing address, and phone number and we will provide you with your tracking number.
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of CBD.
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and emeraldmedcbd.com with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and emeraldmedcbd.com with respect to the Site.
