TERMS OF SALE and RETURN POLICY

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Products are shipped from the US and all products are less than .3% THC. Our 0% THC products contain no detectable trace amounts of THC. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of sale and return policy means you agree to and understand the terms of sale and return policy.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. Upon approval, damaged products may be returned and the replacement product will be sent.

RETURNS

Unopened and unused products may be returned within it 7 days of delivery. Emerald Med CBD will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on emeraldmedcbd.com. Emerald Med CBD cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store.

Please also note that we do not have a money-back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently.

We are not able to accept returns on any opened or used products. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

  1. Email admin@emeraldmedcbd.com in the 7 day time limit that you would like to return your unopened product. An Emerald Med CBD representative will confirm the return shipping address.

  2. Once you have shipped your return product, please email the tracking number to admin@emeraldmedcbd.com .

  3. When your return is received, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund amount to post.

CANCELLATIONS

Please email admin@emeraldmedcbd.com ASAP to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will ALWAYS do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, we will work with you to organize a return.
