Product is usually mixed into pet’s food or given orally to pets. Daily usage provides maximum effectiveness. Adjust dosage as needed. Use approximately 1/4 dropper for every 15-20lbs of pet weight. Shake before use. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

SHIPPING: Free USPS (Postal Service) shipping on orders over $65. Orders take 2-3 business days to process, shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing. We ship only to addresses within the United States. All products made and shipped from the US.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Upon delivery of your order, please check the product to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within 14 days. Upon confirmation, damaged products may be returned and the replacement product will be sent.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Emerald Med CBD will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on emeraldmedcbd.com. Emerald Med CBD cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store, pharmacy, or doctor's office.

We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We realize everyone needs different products and products affect everyone differently. We want to make sure you get a product that's helpful for you. If you don't feel a difference from your product you can return it. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

• Email admin@emeraldmedcbd.com in the 14 day time limit that you would like to return your product. A representative will confirm the return shipping address.

• Once you have shipped your return product, email the tracking number to admin@emeraldmedcbd.com .

• When your return is received, we will issue a refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund amount to post.
