PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. Upon approval, damaged products may be returned and the replacement product will be sent.
RETURNS
Unopened and unused products may be returned within it 7 days of delivery. Emerald Med CBD will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on emeraldmedcbd.com. We cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store.
Please note we do not have a money-back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. CBD is not a cure-all and cannot help everyone with everything, but what it can help with is amazing. You will be able to see within 1 bottle what CBD can do for you.
We can not accept returns on any opened or used products. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on unopened and unused products.
Return Process:

Email emeraldmedcbd@gmail.com in the 7 day time limit that you would like to return your unopened product. We will confirm the return shipping address.

Once you shipped your return product, email the tracking number to emeraldmedcbd@gmail.com .

When your return is received, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund amount to post.
