Product is usually mixed into pet’s food or given orally to pets. Daily usage provides maximum effectiveness. Adjust dosage as needed. Use approximately 1/4 dropper for every 15-20lbs of pet weight. Shake before use. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

PS. If a pet is a picky eater, you can mix it into cottage cheese, lunch meat, tuna, or some other food the pet likes. Some dog owners put it in peanut butter.

SHIPPING: Free USPS (Postal Service) shipping on orders over $65. Orders take 2-3 business days to process, and shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing. We ship only to addresses within the United States. All products are made and shipped from the US.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Please email a photo to admin@emeraldmedcbd.com of any product damaged during shipping within 30 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will send a return label so that damaged products may be returned, and the replacement product will be sent.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Emerald Med CBD will only accept returns from purchases made on emeraldmedcbd.com.

We can accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We realize everyone needs different products, and products affect everyone differently. We want to make sure you get a product that's helpful for you. If you don't feel a difference from your product, you can return it. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Email admin@emeraldmedcbd.com within the 30 days, and a representative will confirm the return shipping address. Send us a tracking number for your return, and when your return is received, we will issue a refund.
