STOCK UP BEFORE THE HEMP BAN
ABOUT THE BAN (in 1 minute)
Trump legalized hemp in 2018, but a new US law passed Congress that bans almost all CBD + hemp products starting this November 12th. This ban affects all the CBD products we make.
Pharma + marijuana lobbyists have been pushing for this for years. The bill will affect 325,000 jobs, thousands of farms, and the millions of Americans who use CBD. It will also wipe out 1,000's of American hemp innovations including durable building materials, energy alternatives, and biodegradable alternatives to plastics etc...
Best Case Scenario:
The ban gets reversed.
Middle Case Scenario:
Congress may overturn it next year. Because of the uncertainty, most farmers did not plant hemp this year. If the law remains, basically no farms will plant next year. This means even if the ban is reversed next year, there would be 2 years without hemp.
Worst Case Scenario:
The last ban passed in 1937 and lasted 80 years. This could be the last year these products exist.
We're fighting this ban through donations and grassroots efforts all year. Scroll down to see how you can help and to see info on stockpiling ...
Help Fight the Ban
Click this link to sign a petition letter to ask Congress to support The Hemp Protection Act. This is the last piece of legislation out of 6 that have been proposed to save hemp / CBD. If this fails, we will not get another chance to overturn the national ban before it takes effect.
Please also consider calling your national congressional representatives.
Stock Up
Our products remain effective for years after their expiration (up to 5 to 6 years when frozen).
We can't predict how much customers will stock up. As the deadline approaches, supply chain challenges will limit availability, and we will have to stop making inventory. Last month, sales went up 400%, and we ran out of 3 products.
We're encouraging people to stock up early. We have provided the following discount codes to help. (Note: These codes can not be combined with other discount codes. For the code to work, you must add the extra free items to your cart as well.)
